KUWAIT CITY: With the opening of barbershops and women’s salons, the Ministry of Health issued guidelines for salons to operate from Tuesday, 18th Aug 2020.

The draft rule published stipulates that barber shops and salons should implement appointment system allocating one employee per customer.

The ban on shaving bread, face scrub, rubbing, dyeing eyebrows, applying makeup, Moroccan and Turkish bath prohibited along with Jacuzzi and Sauna and massage will continue until further notice.

The tools should be thoroughly sterilized after servicing each customer, and that the customer should wear the apron by himself.
