AXA Egypt reported its business results for fiscal year (FY) 2021/2022, with growth rates and revenues above its forecast target, according to an emailed press release on December 21st.

The company’s surplus of insurance activity reached EGP 262 million in FY 2021/2022.

Meanwhile, AXA Insurance Company recorded an activity surplus of EGP 89 million.

The policyholder’s equity amounted to EGP 10 billion at the end of FY 2021/2022 for AXA companies in Egypt.

AXA Life recorded EGP 9.3 billion for the policyholder’s equity, while AXA General recorded about EGP 700 million.

"We aim to continue our investments in Egypt and expand through our one-stop-shop strategy. This comes in line with the framework of our commitment to supporting the insurance sector in Egypt, and gaining our customers and partners’ trust,” Ayman Kandeel, Managing Director of AXA Life Insurance Egypt and Chairman of AXA General Insurance, said.
