KUWAIT -- The price of Kuwaiti oil went down by 57 cents to reach USD 85.90 per barrel on Thursday, compared to USD 86.47 pb on Wednesday, said the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) on Thursday.

In global markets, Brent crude decreased by 30 cents to reach USD 79.85 pb, and West Texas Intermediate decreased by 19 cents to reach USD 76.60 pb.
