KUWAIT -- The price of Kuwaiti oil went down by USD 1.48 to reach USD 84.59 per barrel on Tuesday, compared to USD 85.07 pb on Sunday, said Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) on Wednesday.

In global markets, Brent crude decreased by 82 cents to reach USD 77.08 pb, and West Texas Intermediate decreased by 65 cents to reach USD 73.21 pb.
