Doha: In another groundbreaking milestone achievement, Qatar Fuel (Woqod) opened yet another state-of-the-art service station in Al Shahaniya area. The inauguration ceremony was attended by Woqod's Vice Chairman and Managing Director Mohammed Turki Al Sobai. Also attending were Members of the Board of Directors of Woqod, valued guests, and Woqod employees and suppliers.
"The new service station is in line with Woqod's expansion strategy," said Al Sobai. "In addition to the traditional fuel services, the station offers a range of services that cater to the different needs of our customers, without forgetting of course our very successful convenience store. Our aim is to be there for our customers and provide them with satisfactory services 24 hours a day 7 days a week."
"We have thought very carefully about the different needs of our customers and at this site we have developed a drive through cafeteria especially for truck drivers. This is a new concept we call Sidra Express, a small convenience store with products and services especially developed for the needs of target customers."
The service station includes a convenience store with an internet café, ATM and QTel payment machines, fast food and great coffee, fresh bread and a range of hot and cold fast foods. The new Shafaf LPG cylinders will also be available at the site.
