DOHA: Vodafone Qatar yesterday announced it is expanding the range of products and services available through its online shop at www.vodafone.com.qa. In addition to the Flexi plans in the Freedom range as well as exclusive personalised numbers, customers can now purchase mobile phones, accessories and Vodafone McLaren branded merchandise from the comfort of their homes.
To celebrate the expansion of its online shop, for a limited period, Vodafone is offering online customers the Sony Ericsson W715 Walkman phone with three months' free mobile Internet and a Sony Ericsson MS410 snap-on speaker stand for free. Customers can also get up to 10 percent off on a select range of Samsung handsets; select a 'My Number' valued at QR500 for free and get free shipping for all online orders.
Sony Ericsson W715 Walkman phone is available only at Vodafone stores and can be purchased for QR1,174. The Sony Ericsson W715 comes with a 4GB memory card and built-in GPS and Internet and email capabilities.
"We continue to strive to bring innovation to our customers in Qatar and we are now the first mobile phone company in Qatar to sell a full range of mobile handsets, accessories, and exclusive Vodafone Mercedes McLaren merchandise online," said Geoff Engel, Head of Vodafone Online Sales and Self-Care.
All of the items sold at Vodafone's online store can be delivered directly to the customer's home, or can be picked up at a several locations around Doha.
