DUBAI - Mivan Depa LLC, a new company was launched on February 8 in Dubai by Depa, the Middle East's hotel interiors contracting company and Mivan Limited of Northern Ireland, a specialist theming contractor.
This new company has been created to offer specialised themed interiors for development and entertainment projects in the Middle East region.
Mivan Depa LLC has been created to capitalise on the combined resources, providing a dedicated service to cater for specialist interior and exterior theming requirements in the Middle East and Gulf region. The company can cater for the full theming works of visitor attraction parks, entertainment cities, mega malls and museums.
Depa Middle East has completed various projects in the UAE, which includes Burj Al Arab, Abu Dhabi Conference Palace Hotel, Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Grand Hyattis well placed to leverage the anticipated growth of hotels across the Middle East region.
Mohannad Sweid, managing partner & chief executive officer of Depa, told Khaleej Times: "The new company is targetting Dubailand as a joint venture and will be doing the interiors as well as the exteriors of various projects that will come up in the Dubailand. This partnership shall expand the scope of Depa to add theming expertise to its high profile specialities.
