DUBAI - Tiger Contracting in association with Better Homes announced the sale of freehold residences at Marina Pinnacle, a Dh800 million project and one of the tallest building in the Dubai Marina development.
It is being constructed by Tiger Contracting, part of Tiger Group which has been actively involved in the construction sector. It will be 20 floors above all other projects and designed by NEB.
Marina Pinnacle, which is scheduled for completion in 36 months, offers 71 residential floors and four floors of free parking facilities.
"Tiger Contracting is also involved in two towers in Sharjah and the Marina Pinnacle is our most exclusive project to date,'' said Ayman J EI-Deen, deputy general manager, Tiger Group.
He also added: "This is a freehold property and there will be 124 apartments including 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and this the third project of the company. "
The project will be marketed by Tiger Real Estate company and Better Homes.BY A STAFF REPORTER
