As part of the celebrations to mark the 36th National Day, Sheikh Zayed bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan yesterday hoisted the country's flag to the top of the world's tallest flagpole at the breakwater area in the capital.
The flag ceremony was held under the patronage of General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
