TransOman Expo & Conference, one of the recognised events of the transport and logistics sector in the GCC, will hold its third edition in October, a press release said.
Organised by Oman International Trade and Exhibitions (OITE) the past events were held with cooperation and endorsement from the Ministry of Transport and Communication and support from Sultan Qaboos Port, Sohar Industrial Port, Port of Salalah, Oman Shipping Co, Oman Air, National Ferries Co and Oman National Transport Co.
This year's event will be divided into five major events: Transport, Shipping & Logistics Show (TransOman Exhibition); Logistics & Supply Chain Conference; International Civil Aviation Conference; Oman Ports & Shipping Conference; and the Oman Logistics Excellence Awards With exclusive access to more than 2,000 key players in oil and gas, power, manufacturing, shipping, transport infrastructure and finance sectors, the event dedicated to the transport, shipping and logistics sectors is all set to take place from October 24 to 26 at the Oman International Exhibition Centre.
TransOman seeks to lift the logistics discipline in Oman and maximise its growth potential in the upcoming years.
The event will bring to light industry issues and trends, connect and do business with service providers in the air, road, rail, shipping, customs, cargo and logistics businesses and connect Oman to the world.
