MUSCAT -- The Ministry of Commerce and Industry in collaboration with the World Trade Organisation (WTO) will organise at the Hilton Hotel, Salalah today an intensive training course for Arab countries on the Trade Negotiations Skills, which lasts for 5 days. Participants from the Sultanate, Arab countries and the Islamic Republic of Mauritania will take part in the course. The main objectives of the course are to develop negotiations skills of the Arab countries' participants, equip them with negotiations strategy.

Participants from the Sultanate, Arab countries and the Islamic Republic of Mauritania will take part in the course. The main objectives of the course are to develop negotiations skills of the Arab countries' participants, equip them with negotiations strategy.
The training course will discuss principles of the WTO, trade negotiations, the agreement on services trade and the Organisation's rules including support and combating flooding. Participants will be divided into working teams to discuss together a number of topics, which is similar to what is happening at WTO. The course aims to develop knowledge of the cadres specialised in the organisations' deal.
