Sharjah, May 21st, 2011 (WAM)--H. H. Dr Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah and Honorary President of the Sharjah Development Forum, received today at his Palace in Khor Fakkan City, the members of the Forum of Khor Fakkan branch, accompanied by Jassim Mohammed Al Balooshi, Board Chairman of the Forum and a number of members.
The meeting coincides with the three-day tour being paid to Khor Fakkan by Sheikh Sultan. During the meeting Sharjah Ruler called on them to highlight the economic, cultural, educational and tourism progress being experienced by the emirate of Sharjah, and the role of Forum in empowering Emirati youth in the areas of business and management. He stressed his keenness to support and sponsor Emirati youth leaders in the emirate through expanding their participation in development. For his part, Al Balooshi briefed Sheikh Sultan about six projects divided into three categories: tourism, entertainment, economic and social.
