Beirut (APD) - Sharjah-based Style Home Real Estate Company will invest around AED 650 million ($177 million) into two projects in the UAE's Sharjah and Fujairah emirates, the Kuwait-based al-Watan newspaper reported Friday.
The company is expected to formally announce the projects during a real estate and investment forum organized by Top Expo Group for early December 2005 in Kuwait.
The first new project by Style Home is the Style Tower in Sharjah at a cost of AED 150 million; the second is the Garden Resort (Bustan Resort) in Fujairah at AED 500 million.
Viviane Hamdi, general manager of the company, said that the 38-storey Style Tower will comprise 31 floors of residential apartments and six floors for parking, under addition of recreational facilities.
The Garden Resort will include 72 chalets, two residential building, retail areas, and a yacht harbor along with recreational facilities and restaurants.
Style Home is specialized in real estate development and leasing. It has developed projects like the Al Lotus, Capital, Moon, Alyaa, Queen, Al Maha, Al Rashidiya and Al Maha towers, all in Sharjah. [NI-TS]
