SPX Flow, a leader in rotating, actuating and hydraulic technologies, has announced V-Line Middle East as its new channel partner for its Middle East operations.
Based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, V-Line Middle East is a subsidiary of V-Line Group, a leading company with extensive experience in managing cross border MRO complexity.
The business is headquartered in Germany and has four global offices supporting suppliers and customers spread over 4 continents. V-Line Middle East will be assisting SPX Flow customers with the rapid supply of high quality, OEM spares and components for ranges including APV, Waukesha Cherry-Burrell, Anhydro and Seital Separation.
The V-Line Group has had a presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 2008 and established V-Line Middle East in 2017. Its 400-sq-m facility in Saudi Arabia has capacity for 260 pallets and will provide comprehensive component and spares support and management services for SPX Flow products to customers across dairy, food & beverage and pharmaceutical.
Tom Cork, channel manager for SPX Flow, said: “Our partnership with V-Line will be a great benefit to our customers in this area. They will have a local contact with fully trained support teams to handle their components and spare parts needs. V-Line will hold extensive stock locally and so will be able to respond to enquiries and deliver parts very quickly.”
V-Line has a long track record in spares management and logistics to help customers keep their process running smoothly and maximize uptime. With 30 personnel already located in Saudi Arabia, it has a growing presence in the region. The distributor agreement will help to build a close working relationship with the parties to further support customers with their component and spares needs.
