Muscat: Oman's large young population will get to participate in three simultaneous academic and employment exhibitions, the country's biggest, from Tuesday at Seeb, Muscat.
More than 60 per cent of the Sultanate's population is below 20 years.
"Ghedex Gulf Higher Education Exhibition, Trainex Technology Education and Vocational Training and Jobex Omanisation and Job Opportunities Exhibition (are) much awaited," said Ahmad Salah Baabood, Managing Director of Oman International Trade and Exhibition.
Sayyid Asa'ad Bin Tarik Al Said, Representative of the Sultan, will inaugurate the three-day exhibitions.
"These exhibitions would further enhance the possibilities of nationals and residents taking up education, training from the world's best institutions," said Baabood.
He added that the education exhibition is Oman's largest gathering of institutions from the country and the world.
