MUMBAI (Dow Jones)--Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Ltd. (526049.BY) Wednesday said its unlisted unit, Shri Lakshmi Defence Solutions Ltd., signed a pact with a Ukrainian state-run trade and investment firm to supply armored vehicles.
Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
Shri Lakshmi Defence will supply 100 of its BTR-4 vehicles to Ukrinmash, Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn said in a statement to the National Stock Exchange.
Shri Lakshmi Defence also signed an agreement with Abu Dhabi-based Adcom Military Industries, where the latter will market the company's armored vehicles in Middle East and African markets.
