Saudi United Cooperative Insurance Company (Walaa) announces the acceptance of Mr. Yousef Ahmed Alqosaibi, Board member resignation on 23/11/2011, due to personal reasons. The Chairman, on behalf of the board members expressed their thanks and appreciation to the resigned member for his valuable contributions during the period of his membership on the board.
The Board of Director will consider appointment of a replacement during coming Boards meeting on Dec.18, 2011. Announcement of appointment will be placed after obtaining SAMA approval; the same will be submitted in the next General Assembly for the shareholders approval.
