BEIRUT (Zawya Dow Jones)--Saleh Kamel, owner and president of Saudi Arabia's Dallah Albaraka Group, said he intends to set up a company in Syria with a capital of $20 million, online newspaper Syria Steps reports Thursday.

Kamel said according to the paper that the new firm will be named Syrian Opportunities Co. and will be owned by himself and by other investors from Syria and other Arab countries.
