Jeddah, October 11, SPA--The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud issued today a royal decree appointing Abdulrahman bin Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Dahmash, Advisor for Technical Affairs at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs at an excellent rank.
