Abu Dhabi: The topping out has been done for the Reem Diamond, a 10-storey, 48-apartment residential property in Abu Dhabi’s Al Reem Island.
It is now seeing multiple projects reach an advanced stage of completion or gone into the delivery mode. It is being developed by Smartwill Asia Ltd, a subsidiary of Hong Kong based Chun Wo Development Holdings Ltd. The actual completion is scheduled for the middle of next year. Units are available in the one- to three-bedroom formats.
