VIENNA  - Qatar's Pearl gas-to-liquids plant has operated at a reduced production rate since Nov. 30, said a Shell spokesperson on Wednesday, following a controlled shutdown of Train 2.

"We have GTL products in stock and Pearl GTL Train 1 is running to plan," the spokesperson said. "We do not anticipate any impact on customers."
