Doha - The Qatar Red Crescent (QRC), with the help of International agencies, is closely monitoring developments in the Durian-hit Philippines.
Doha - The Qatar Red Crescent (QRC), with the help of International agencies, is closely monitoring developments in the Durian-hit Philippines.
After taking stock of the situation, QRC has plans to deploy its voluntary team in Philippines. It is also planning to provide tents, food, first aid and other relief materials to the victims. Durian has destroyed at least 45,000 houses.
In another development, Qatar Charity (QC) completed its charity works in Bangladesh. It provided uniforms, blankets and sport shoes to 351 students, spending QR 42,000.
