Manazel Real Estate announced yesterday that the Prestige Towers project is in the final phase of its construction and is scheduled for completion by the end of the second quarter 2010.
Manazel Real Estate announced yesterday that the Prestige Towers project is in the final phase of its construction and is scheduled for completion by the end of the second quarter 2010.
The project is a landmark building within Mohammad Bin Zayed City in Abu Dhabi, and is situated at the heart of the 9712BMC development. The complex includes two 20-storey modern office towers with three levels of structured parking. The development will offer companies affordable top quality office spaces.
Mohamed Mubarak Al Mazrouei, CEO of Manazel Real Estate, said: "It's been a tough year for the industry but we are glad to report that Manazel projects remain on track. The completion of Prestige Towers project is the first phase of the 9712BMC development. I am pleased to confirm that we are also making good progress on the other phases of this project."
