The launch and adoption of this medium is in line with Noors core values centered around innovation and part of a comprehensive strategy on bringing to market the next generation of products and services that would be considered mandatory for Banks of the future. The unveiling of this strategy today marks Noor Islamic Banks second anniversary and Noor Takafuls successful completion of its first year. In addition to providing links to Noor Islamic Banks and Noor Takafuls portfolio of offerings and services, the forum will give people the opportunity to share their views on living and working in the UAE through the interactive web site. It will also provide a vehicle for people to voice their preferences and views on how Noor Islamic Bank and Noor Takaful should develop and what services both organizations should provide. The new social media online forum will initially launch with a photography competition, inviting people to take pictures highlighting the UAEs unique characteristics and to upload them to the website. A panel of judges will review the entries based on specific criteria and then choose the first, second and third prize winners.
