Muscat: Oman Post and Asyad Express Matjar+ e-Commerce service, which allows customers in the Sultanate of Oman to make purchases in the United States, now delivers shipments to the customers doorstep across the Sultanate.

Starting October 22, customers using the Matjar+ service can pre-pay all their shipping fees and taxes in one simple online payment at the time of order.

To enhance the overall customer experience several new enhancements have been introduced, including online tracking, dedicated Matjar+ customer support. All packages will be delivered to the customer door from the US within seven to nine business days.

Customers can register with Matjar+ for free online, where they will receive a unique virtual postal address in the US, enabling them to shop online at all their favourite stores, enjoying discounts and promotions.

All Matjar+ items will be directly delivered to their selected addresses in Oman. Matjar+ customers can save on shipping costs by consolidating their packages at their virtual postal address for up to 30 days at no extra charge.

This feature avoids customers incurring unnecessary delivery costs when making multiple orders at separate times. Matjar+ offers competitive pricing with 0.5 kg rates starting from as low as OMR4.
