DUBAI: Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum H.H Lt.General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Khalid Bin Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan and senior military and police officers at his Zabeel Palace in presence of H. H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy ruler of Dubai and other senior officials.

Greeting his guests on the advent of Ramadan, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed stressed that the political and military leadership spares no effort to support the nation's military and security institutions in order to keep them on the highest degree of readiness to protect the nation's security, stability, sovereignty and national and human achievements.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid also expressed best wishes for all members of the armed forces and police and security departments.

After performing the Maghreb (sunset) prayer, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid hosted an iftar banquet in honor of his guests.

Lt. Gen Obaid Mohammed Al Ka'abi, Under Secretary of Defence Ministry Lt. General Hamad Mohammed Thani Al Rumaithi, Chief of Staff of the UAE Armed Forces, Lt. Gen. Saif Abdullah Al Sha'far, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, armed forces commanding officers and commanders of police and security departments accompanied Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed and exchanged Ramadan greetings and best wishes with His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid.
