Cairo: Egypt’s Master Builders Group (MBG) says it is planning to launch its second residential flagship – Pukka II Compound – in the country’s new capital within the first quarter of 2020.

The project is spanning over 100 feddans, with total investments worth 10 billion Egyptian pounds ($620.3 million), the company’s chairman Mahmoud Al Adl told Amwal Al Ghad on Sunday.

As for Pukka I, the company started executing its first project in the new capital over 40 feddans by the middle of the current year, Al Adl added.

“Pukka I will include around 1,700 housing units and one commercial mall, with investments totaling 2 billion pounds and contractual sales of 4 billion pounds,” he said.
