KUWAIT, Dec 25 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's jet ski team is to head to Abu Dhabi on Monday to participate in the second round of the UAE Jet Ski Tournament.
Team member Saud Al-Sharifi said in a statement to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that he hoped the team would achieve leading positions, adding that the tournament would kick off on Thursday with the participation of Middle Eastern and international professionals and stars of this water sport.
He added that his team's members had prepared for this stage of the tournament, considered the most competitive stage.
In the previous stage, Kuwaiti jet skier Abdul-Rahman Al-Bader had won first place, while his teammate Youssef Al-Abdulrazzaq had come in second place in the 1,200 stock category.
