KUWAIT, Sept 25 (KUNA) -- The first and second parts of a new encyclopedia of educational concepts bearing on the Prophet Muhammad's family members and companions have been issued.

The encyclopedia is being compiled by the educational panel of the high-level consultative committee on the application of the Islamic Shariaa or law.

The encyclopedia, the first of its kind, is part of the committee's third encyclopedic project and comes after the issuance of an educational encyclopedia of the Prophet's families.

It handles the Prophet Muhammad's family members and righteously guided companions and their families.

It involves educational situations in the lives of 40 Prophet's family members and companions, including 24 men, mainly Abu Bakr as-Seddik, Abu Obaida al-Jarrah, al-Hassan, al-Hussein, their mother Fatema al-Zahraa and several others.

It also illustrates the relationship between parents and children, good neighborliness, hospitality, merciful treatment with children and equity between sons and daughters, as well as good treatment with housekeepers.
