Kooheji Development, one of the largest real estate developers in Bahrain, has named its Tower A of freehold residential apartments project in Bahrain Bay as Onyx Bahrain Bay. The 42-storey tower boasts 400 freehold residential apartments.
Onyx Bahrain Bay is a bespoke architectural masterpiece designed to attract attention that is unique, combines relaxation and luxury in the heart of the capital Manama, stated the developer.
The freehold residential towers offer many firsts for Bahrain residential developments including a 50-m infinity pool, an indoor garden offering a year-round outdoor lifestyle and the exclusive residents only "Onyx Club" lounge.
Offering more than 400 luxurious apartments, in a multitude of floor plans, each residence has been carefully designed to take maximum advantage of the spectacular bay and sea views, said Kooheji.
The project was developed by two international interior designers working alongside Kooheji Contractors and Real Estate’s engineers and partnered closely to deliver Bahrain Bay’s unique interior designs.
The name Onyx Bahrain Bay (Tower A) is to distinguish it from Tower (B), which will be hotel apartments. The name is inspired from natural stones and onyx marble to reflect the uniqueness of the luxury materials used in the construction of the tower.
Apartments at Onyx Bahrain Bay have been designed as a definitive statement of style. With floor to ceiling windows, every apartment has been designed to maximise the view as well as focus on providing generous amounts of living space through clever interior space planning, said the developer.
Providing a construction update, Kooheji said the entire piling work on the project has been completed along with the substructure work.
More than 60 per cent of the super structure is ready, while 48 per cent of the block-work has now been completed. Also 16.5% plaster work has been done, it stated.
According to Kooheji, in April the construction work on Tower B reached 10% completion.
Perfectly located at the entrance to Bahrain Bay, Onyx Bahrain Bay offers easy access to the King Faisal Highway and is in close proximity to the Bahrain International Airport, Bahrain Financial Harbour besides the Diplomatic Area and the Saudi Causeway, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
