MANAMA: Khaleeji Commercial Bank (KHCB) has announced a financing offer for the beneficiaries of the social housing programme ‘Mazaya’, enabling them to buy housing units in Deerat Al Oyoun project in Diyar Al Muharraq.

The offer includes several privileges and benefits, on condition that all required documents are provided, granting them immediate approval to receive financing of up to 120 per cent of the property’s value, with a competitive profit rate and a repayment period of up to 30 years without downpayment, and zero admin and evaluation fees.

Additionally, the bank will cover the costs of a private notary, provide free fire insurance and enter home buyers into prize raffle draws.

The announcement of the offer comes alongside Eskan Bank’s inauguration of the third and fourth phases of Deerat Al Oyoun project, in which more than 1,000 housing units were designated for Mazaya programme beneficiaries.

KHCB head of retail banking Abdulnasser Alrayes said: “At KHCB, we have always been keen to be one of the main supporters of all economic and social initiatives that benefit citizens, and this partnership with Eskan Bank is a clear reflection of this approach, through which we aspire to meet the increasing demand for Mazaya programme for social housing by citizens, in order to ensure providing them with concessional financing solutions.”

“I would like to call on all citizens who meet the conditions of Mazaya programme to benefit from our exceptional offer for this project. KHCB employees are stationed at our promotional stand, and they are fully prepared to receive our valued customers and work to finish all procedures, including obtaining immediate approval, on condition that all required documents are provided, and that the bank’s terms and conditions apply to the application,” Mr Alrayes added.

The bank will receive prospective home buyers at its special stand in Deerat Al Oyoun project site from today.
