Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Juhayna Food Industries approved a cash dividend distribution for 2020.
The company will pay EGP 0.20 per share as cash dividends for the year ended 31 December 2020, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.
Moreover, the OGM approved the election of the board of directors for a three-year term.
During 2020, the company reported consolidated net profits of EGP 428.48 million, up from EGP 328.76 million a year earlier, including minority shareholders' rights.
