Iran’s MKD To Build Ethanol Plant In Bosnia-Herzegovina

Iran’s Mashal Khazar Darya (MKD) has won a $150mn contract to build an ethanol plant in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mehr News Agency reported on 9 April. The plant will be built on a 4,400 hectare site by the Sava river, and will have the capacity to produce 100mn gallons/year of ethanol from corn feedstock. The company plans to export the transport fuel additive to Austria and Germany.
