He said: "It is not good in the time being, for political blocs to withdraw from negotiations to form a new government, because the withdrawal is a victory and a gift for terrorism, murderers and criminals."
He called on security authorities to arrest the criminals who committed the massacre of Diyala, and punish them severely and execute them in the place they killed worshipers in the mosque, whoever they are.
