Dubai - The suspension of British Airways flights from Heathrow Airport in London has left hundreds of passengers stranded in the UAE.
All BA flights between Heathrow Airport and the Dubai International Airport remained suspended till reports last came in yesterday. According to the flight information desk at the Dubai International Airport, there was no word on when the services were likely to resume. A BA flight that was to arrive at 10.35 last night was cancelled, while another flight (BA) scheduled to take off from Dubai today morning at 9.10am was also cancelled. The BA flight from Dubai at 1.30am yesterday was also cancelled.
In a statement posted on its web site, the airline apologised unreservedly to its customers, appealing to passengers for patience and understanding during "this very difficult time."
