Hope Ventures, the investment arm of Hope Fund, has partnered with City Centre Bahrain, the premium shopping, entertainment, and lifestyle destination in the kingdom, to support local Bahraini entrepreneurs.

The strategic partnership will enable members of Hope’s portfolio to gain access to business growth opportunities and regional access to customers.

With the aim to boost up-and-coming Bahraini talent, City Centre Bahrain will be providing business owners with the opportunity to showcase their retail products at the mall. Local businesses will be able to expand their customer base and promote their products to reach a larger audience, both locally and regionally.
This is one of Hope’s many initiatives to support its portfolio companies and help entrepreneurial ventures advance to the next stage, creating value benefits for all shareholders involved.

As part of this meaningful collaboration, City Centre Bahrain is also a strategic partner in Hope’s upcoming television programme, Beban, set to air on February 2, 2022. The programme acts as a platform to promote ambitious entrepreneurs, providing them with an opportunity to take their businesses to the next level with the necessary support from corporate entities and private investors.

Commenting on the partnership, Fajer Al Pachachi, General Manager of Hope Fund, said: “Strategic partnerships are essential to the success and acceleration of Hope’s portfolio. By partnering with City Centre Bahrain, we are providing local business owners with the opportunity to thrive and grow their business ideas by utilizing the mall’s high footfall across the GCC region. Our goal is to actively enable future Bahraini businesses to expand their operations and their customer base, ultimately increasing their profitability and achieving return on investment.”
Duaij Al Rumaihi, Mall Director of City Centre Bahrain, said: “We are proud of this collaboration with Hope Fund. This initiative will develop and encourage promising Bahraini talents, advancing their entrepreneurial careers forward. Since City Centre Bahrain is an integral part of the Bahraini community, we are constantly innovating and developing initiatives that support young entrepreneurs and their businesses to reach a wider audience more effectively.”

“Through this partnership, City Centre Bahrain will become the ideal platform for contestants of Hope’s television programme, Beban, to expand their businesses, promoting them to mall visitors. Being in a dynamic work space will also provide them with the knowledge and operational experience to excel. We hope that this initiative will encourage young pioneers to follow their ambitions and pursue future business ideas.”-- TradeArabia News Service
