Abu Dhabi, Aug 19th, 2011 (WAM)--H.H. Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, National Security Adviser, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Council inaugurated Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak Mosque in Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed City yesterday .
The event was attended by Dr Hamdan bin Mussalam Al Mazrouei, Chairman of the General Authority for Islamic Affairs and Endowments, Dr. Farouq Hamada, Religious Adviser at Abu Dhabi Crown Prince's Court and other senior officials. Following Isha and Taraweh Prayers, Sheikh Hazza toured the mosque and got briefed about the construction. Meanwhile, the worshipers expressed their pleasure about the completion of project. Earlier before Taraweh, Imam of the mosque lauded the efforts of leadership in building and sponsoring the mosques. He also thanked H.H. Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, Chairwoman of the General Women's Union, and of the Family Development Foundation for the construction of the mosque.
