RIYADH, 28th March, 2017 (WAM) -- Foreign ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council member states will hold their 142nd session in Riyadh on Thursday, under the chairmanship of Sheikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Bahraini Foreign Minister and the Chairman of the current session.

In a statement last night, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council, said that the session will discuss reports about the implementation of the previous GCC summits resolutions.

He added that the meeting will also tackle a wide array of key issues of mutual interests including the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz's vision about means to bolster joint Gulf action.
