Etihad Airways is looking to hire cabin crew members in Lebanon. The airline is expected to hire up to 200 candidates to join the team of cabin crew, food and beverage managers, and inflight chefs.

Those interested should register in advance by visiting www.etihad.com/cabincrewrecruitment.

The recruitment day will take place in Beirut on Monday, May 19.

The new cabin crew members then undergo a seven-week training programme conducted in Abu Dhabi.

Currently, there are nearly 105 Lebanese nationals working for Etihad Airways, including 69 core staff and 36 cabin crew.

The airline will also hold a recruitment day South African city of Cape Town on May 6.

Nearly 243 South African nationals currently work for Etihad Airways, including 107 core staff, 120 cabin crew and 16 pilots.

Qatar Airways is also looking for cabin crew members and will be recruiting in Sofia on the 3rd of May. Similar recruitment events will take place in Bratislava and Lisbon on the same days.

According to various sources, salaries for cabin crew members at Qatar Airways consists of competitive tax-free salary, fully furnished, shared accommodation with, welcome bonus, three-year open-ended contract and life insurance, among other perks.
