Abu Dhabi Expedia Insiders' Select List, an online travel agency, has chosen Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi as one of the World's Best Hotels.
Luxury facilities, premium services, exciting guest experience and comfort and exceptional value for money have made the opulent Emirates Palace find its way to the Expedia Insiders' Select list, one of the highly coveted world travel industry accolades by leading online travel agency Expedia.
The 2010 Expedia Insiders' Select list was chosen from 114,000 hotels and resorts based on more than one million traveller opinions on hotel reviews collected by Expedia.
These were combined with a value rating and the local market expertise of more than 400 Expedia employees worldwide.
This was designed to produce an easy-to-browse list that provided travellers with a way to find the perfect hotel using the trusted insight of other travellers.
Emirates Palace Director of Sales and Marketing Janet Abrahams said : "This is the first time the hotel has won the Expedia award".

Receiving this prestigious award reinforces the hotel's position as a global hotel brand and ranks the hotel among the top world's hotels in terms of consistent and outstanding customer services.
Abrahams paid tribute to the hotel's team for consistently delivering superior service.

The Expedia Insiders' Select List represents only two per cent of the world's top hotels selected from the more than 114,000 properties offered by Expedia.
Expedia Insiders' Select hotels are recognized for consistently delivering excellent service, a great overall experience and a notable value to guests who booked their stay on Expedia.
As many as 88 per cent of Expedia travellers (8 of 9) recommend Emirates Palace in terms of hotel service and condition as well as room cleanliness and comfort.
