ArabFinance: The number of mobile subscribers in Egypt totaled 96.42 million by the end of March, according to a report by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.
The registered volume marked an increase of 3.2% Year on Year (YoY) compared to 93.42 million users by the end of March 2019.
The country registered 39 million mobile internet subscribers at end-March 2020, 11.23% YoY higher than 35.06 million in the same period a year ago.
ADSL users reached 7.53 million by the end of March 2020, up by 10.4% YoY from 6.82 million in the same month last year.
Earlier this year, the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority announced Orange Egypt as the best company in terms of internet speed.
