Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities implemented 15,456 residential units in Jannah luxury housing project in El-Shorouk, El-Sheikh Zayed, and New Damietta from 2014 until 2020.

At a total cost of EGP 3.81 billion, 488 buildings with total 11,496 residential units were built in El-Sheikh Zayed and New Damietta, according to official data reviewed by Mubasher.

Over the six years, 3,960 units were constructed in El-Shorouk City, 2,520 units in El-Sheikh Zayed at a cost of EGP 714.2 million, and 8,976 units at a cost of EGP 3.1 billion in New Damietta City.
