CAIRO (Zawya Dow Jones)--Egypt's Alexandria Mineral Oil Co., or AMOC, said Sunday nine-month net profit for the period ending March 31 grew 33% to 678.8 million Egyptian pounds ($119.4 million) compared with EGP509.2 million a year earlier.
The company's financial year starts on July 1.
In a statement on the Web site of the Cairo and Alexandria Stock Exchanges, the company didn't give a reason for the rise in profit.
