Transport Minister Tram Iv Tek said on Tuesday that Toll Royal Railway, the joint Australian-Cambodian venture with a 30-year concession to operate the country's railway network, was refusing to take responsibility for maintaining the tracks or paying concession fees, and said the government was looking to renegotiate the deal.
