The developer has already completed seven projects in Dubai Sports City, says the sales agent.
Dubai-based Triplanet Range Investments Ltd, a joint venture between Triplanet International and Range Investments, is planning to launch the $164 million (600 million dirhams) Elite 10 tower in Dubai Sports City (DSC), Dubailand, UAE, according to the sales agent for the tower.
"Estimated to cost around $164 million (600 million dirhams), the 50-storeyed tower comprises 700 fully-furnished residential units catering to mid-end market," Juwaad Beg, Chief Executive Officer at Al Madina Al Raeda and the exclusive sales agent for the project, told Zawya Projects in an exclusive.
Elite 10 is part of the Elite Sport Residence series that was initially launched in 2006 in DSC. The developer has completed the first seven towers in the Elite series, having handed over 2,000 units.
Elite 8 and 9 are currently under construction.
"Our in-house construction company will build the tower, which we plan to complete by June 2017," said Beg.
"The developer has sufficient funds in place to complete the development," he said.
DSC is a 50-million square feet mixed-use development, billed as the world's first integrated sports city.
It will include sport venues for cricket, golf, hockey, a sports-themed mall, a 60,000 seat outdoor stadium and a 10,000 seat indoor stadium.
