Abu Dhabi: Bloom Properties on Sunday announced the completion of enabling works at Bloom Towers, which is located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) in Dubai.
The new residential development will include three independent high-rise buildings, with a total number of 944 units built over a four-level podium, the Abu Dhabi-based developer said in a statement.
“The completion of enabling works at Bloom Towers marks a key milestone in our efforts to ensure the timely handover of this project. Having generated considerable interest since its sales launch during Cityscape 2017,” Sameh Muhtadi, CEO of Bloom Holding, commented.
Scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2020, the project targets the mid-market housing segment, the real estate developer said, noting that it has managed to attract high investor uptake after its launch on the back of its "accessible location and excellent potential for rental and capital value growth."
Bloom Towers will also be in proximity to the upcoming Circle Mall, in addition to a community center, parks, retail outlets, schools, playgrounds, mosques, co-working space, indoor and outdoor gyms and kids’ play area.
Bloom Properties, a Bloom Holding business specialising in the development of integrated and sustainable communities, did not give further details on the project’s total cost.
