Maalem is a Bahrain-based private holding company incorporated in 2008 with a focus on real estate development, backed by a number of GCC-based investors.

Costing around $25 million, the residential tower will stand 20 floors high, offering over 100 residential apartments between multiple types of one- and two-bedroom units.

With a targeted handover of mid 2020, the residential tower is already under construction and works completed to date exceed 50 per cent.

In addition to an array of amenities including a business centre, rooftop pool and garden along with a jacuzzi, steam room and a state-of-the-art gym facility, the residents of The Courtyard will enjoy a range of bespoke services designed to deliver highest level of convenience including car wash, laundry and concierge services, said the developer.
