BAGHDAD - MP Ahmed al-Mesarri, a leader in Motahedoon coalition / Uniting for Reform / described on Friday the bombing of the city of Fallujah by rockets and artillery and air force shells as a " genocidal war " as he put it.
He demanded in a statement issued today the House of Representatives to hold a special session devoted to the discussion of what he described as heinous crimes committed against the people of Anbar province and the city of Fallujah in particular, and what led to the destruction of hospitals, mosques and homes of its people and its infrastructure, he says.
Al-Mesarri, the Secretary- General of the Movement of Hama in Iraq ( Haq ), held all the forces involved in the political process responsibility for the continuation of this tragedy through their silence on the crimes committed against the people of Anbar for no reason but they have refused to injustice and demanded their legitimate rights to live in security , peace and dignity without sectarian discrimination or marginalization, and shall be treated like other children of their own people and not on the basis that they are as a second class citizens.
He stressed that the coalition and all the national forces condemn terrorism in all its forms and that the sons of Anbar province are the first who confronted the terrorists and paid the price for that rivers of blood of their youths , stressing that the best solution to all problems is " dialogue and the dominance of the logic of the mind to the logic of force and arrogance pursued by the government , which has failed in all times.
