Further to the announcement published on Tadawul website on Sunday 20/06/1435 A. H corresponding to 20/04/2014 related to successful resumption of the commercial operation of the Methanol plant after inspection of the Valve Trays of Distillation Column, the Company hereby announces that the cost of the non-scheduled shutdown of Methanol plant is SAR 2 million and The impact on Company sales due to the shutdown of Methanol and Dimethylformamide plants is SAR 20 million. Consequently, the total financial impact on the current financial year resulting from the non-scheduled shutdown of the two plants is SAR 22 million which will be reflected in the financial results of Q2 of the current year.
