The Abu Dhabi City Municipality (ADCM) has issued a tender for internal roads and infrastructure works for 576 residential plots in Al Samha, Abu Dhabi.
The Abu Dhabi City Municipality (ADCM) has issued a tender for internal roads and infrastructure works for 576 residential plots in Al Samha, Abu Dhabi.
The tender documents are available till 22 May for a non-refundable fee of USD 2,724 (AED 10,000).
Participating bidders must be classified under the special grade category (main roads and streets) and registered with the ADCM.
All enquiries must be made by 29 May and bids must be submitted by 10 June, 2014 with a tender bond of USD 1,905,722 (AED 7,000,000)
The construction must be completed within a timeframe of less than two years (670 days).
